He Ruide > One of the ways to improve the efficency of the fridge is to add a baffle that will force air through the cooling fins.  As seen here air could come up from the lower chamber and exit the upper chamber without going though the cooling fins.
He Ruide > My baffle was made of aluminum flashing (10 by 20 inches)
He Ruide > The flashing is bent  3.5 inches from the edge. The small section on the left was taped with aluminum tape to the baffle to force all the air through the cooling fins (See the next picture)
He Ruide > The baffle in place.  I plan to add a couple screws to secure the baffle to the plywood underneath.
He Ruide > A closer view of the baffle.  My next project will be to add two small computer fans to increase circulation.
He Ruide > Another way to improve the fridge efficiency is to install fan(s) to pull fresh air from the outside via the bottom compartment up through the colling fins and then out side through the top louvers.
He Ruide > Closer look at the fans.
He Ruide > The fans are 12 vold computer fans from Radio Shack   Each uses 1.9 watts.
He Ruide > Electricity for the fans came by tapping into the 12 volt wires that are in the fridge compartment...
