Many folks ask "Now that I have a PUP, what stuff do I really need?" The following is my "Must Have" list which includes items needed to camp safely, prevent accidents / break downs and trouble shoot / solve problems.

He Ruide > If you live in a area prone to tornadoes and severe thunder storms I would recomend getting a NOAA weather reader such as the Oregon scientific Weather radio WR 602
He Ruide > This pair of walkie talkies might be a relationship saver if you have your spouse or significant other help you while backing in to a camp ground site. It does solve the problem of not being able to see, hear or understand hand signals.
He Ruide > Small step ladder which is much safer than using a bucket.
He Ruide > Hot water tank by pass kit (white tubing with valves). You will only need this once per year in order to winterize. The by pass kit will not only save on Anti-freeze but protect your tank.
He Ruide > If you have a Suburban water heater you will need at some point to replace the sacrificial anode.
He Ruide > You may only need this large socket (e.g., 1 1/16 inch) once or twice per year to remove the water heater plug (and anode for inspection if it has one).
He Ruide > Check and see what size fuses your PUP uses and get some spares. Also get extra bulbs.
He Ruide > Flash lights. The one one the left uses regular batteries while the right one is rechargeable.
He Ruide > A lantern will be needed while boon docking or if the CG clectricity goes out.
