He Ruide > The parts of the standard wastewater adapter.
He Ruide > The standard wastewater adapter that is supplied with the PUP. This part is a VALTERRA 1 1/2” x 3/4” 90° Drain Connector part number T01-0021. Some call it a Valterra Swivel Drain.
He Ruide > You can build your own adapter with these parts:
1. 1 1/2 inch threaded female PVC adapter
2. 1 1/2 inch PVC elbow
3. 1 1/2 inch with a 3/4 inch female PVC adapter
4. 3/4 inch male to garden hose brass adapter
He Ruide > The completed adapter. Note you should not glue the parts together until you screw on the adapter and turn it until it is perpendicular to the ground.
He Ruide > If you have both a sink and a shower, you will need to connect both hoses together and then run a third hose to either a gray water tote or the sewer. You can use either the brass Y connector (left) or a full volume Y connect with valves (middle). Because of the restriction cause by the valves, I don't recommend the normal "Y" connector (right)
He Ruide > If you cannot find a unrestricted Y connector you can make one your self. The parts are:
1. One 1 inch PVC "T" with threads
2. Three 1 inch male threaded to 3/4 inch female threaded PVC coupler
3. Two 3/4 inch male to 3/4 hose male brass couplers
4. One 3/4 inch male to 3/4 hose female brass coupler
He Ruide > This is the home made "T" for the garden hose drainage system
He Ruide > This is a garden hose sewer connection for those times when you are at a camp ground with a sewer connection
He Ruide > An alternative to the garden hose sewer adapter is to modify this larger sewer drain connector (light gray "L" shaped). However, it was designed to be connect to the large RV gray water hoses so it has to be adapted for the garden hose. In addition to the sewer drain connector, the part are:
1. One 2 inch drain and female threaded PVC coupler Note you will have to file down this connector so that it fits in the sewer connector
2. One 2 inch male threaded female slip joint PVC coupler
3. One 2 inch male slip joint to 3/4 inch female threaded PCV coupler
4. One 3/4 inch to hose brass adapter
You can build your own adapter with these parts:
1. 1 1/2 inch threaded female PVC adapter
2. 1 1/2 inch PVC elbow
3. 1 1/2 inch with a 3/4 inch female PVC adapter
4. 3/4 inch male to garden hose brass adapter
