He Ruide > Read your PUP manufacturing instructions regarding jacking up your PUP
He Ruide > Place the jack underneath the frame and not under a cross member nor the axle.
He Ruide > DO NOT place the jack under a cross member
He Ruide > You should NOT use the axle to jack up your PUP
He Ruide > Ensure that you are not exceeding the load rating of your jack. Although you will only lift approximately one half the weight of trailer, a good rule would that your jack rating is more than the your Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW)
He Ruide > You should not use the stabilzers to jack up your PUP
He Ruide > Jack up the PUP on flat (i.e., not on a hill) and solid surface. If you need to add something to increase the height use boards and not concrete or cinder blocks
He Ruide > If on the highway ensure you are off the road and far enough on the shoulder to be safe. In this case there is not ennough space to change the tire.
He Ruide > Ensure the PUP is secure by chocking the good tire.
