He Ruide > This shows the extra links at the end of the chain that is connected to the tightener bracket.
He Ruide > Insert the hitch release handle (rod with yellow tape) and move the tightener upward until it snaps in place
He Ruide > Once the tightener snaps in place remove the hitch release handle.
He Ruide > Slide the chain sway return loop (the section wth blue Ox) over the tightener bracket.

He Ruide > Attach the break away cable to the "D" ring.
He Ruide > Just lower the tongue with the drill
