Ensuring that the lug nuts have been torque correctly is one the most important things for safe towing. Unfortunately, like weighing or checking tire pressure must PUP owners do not check lug nut torque. Hopefully, this will remove some of the mystery of torquing.

He Ruide > Continue tigthen all the other lugs using the numbered sequence.
He Ruide > Torque sequence Stage 2. Loosen the locking ring and increase the torque setting. Fleetwood recomends the following torque:

Steel wheels
10 inch - 35 to 40 pounds  
12 inch - 35 to 40 pounds  
13 inch - 50 to 60 pounds  
14 inch - 50 to 60 pounds  

Aluminum wheels
13 inch - 35 to 40 pounds  
14 inch - 35 to 40 pounds  
15 inch - 50 to 60 pounds
He Ruide > Gently turn the wrench until you hear/feel a click. Stop  turning and the wrench will reset itself.
He Ruide > Torque sequence Stage 3. Loosen the locking ring and increase the torque. Fleetwood recomends the following torque:

Steel wheels
10 inch - 75 pounds  
12 inch - 75 pounds  
13 inch - 75 pounds  
14 inch - 90 pounds  

Aluminum wheels
13 inch - 75 pounds  
14 inch - 75 pounds  
15 inch - 90 pounds
He Ruide > Gently turn the wrench until you hear/feel a click. Stop  turning and the wrench will reset itself.
He Ruide > Repeat the process for the other wheel(s)
He Ruide > Loosen the locking ring and turn the torque back to the minimum setting. Clean and store where the wrench will not be damaged.
Continue tigthen all the other lugs using the numbered sequence.
